Taina graduated from her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario in 2012. Born and raised in Ontario, she relocated to Prince Albert soon after graduating from her nursing program. She is happily married and together her and her husband are busy raising two little girls Vaida & Avery. —
NURSING BACKGROUND — Taina has worked as a Critical Care Nurse for the past 12 years, primarily in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Emergency Department where she thrives in fast-paced, high acuity situations. She holds dual national-level certifications in critical care: Critical Care Nursing Certification & Emergency Nursing Certification, as well as graduated with Distinction from SaskPoly Technic in 2013 with an Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
— AESTHETICS — Aside from academics, Taina has always loved aesthetics and is artistically inclined. She likes to exercise the creative side of her brain in various ways. With a diverse background in nursing and a passion for aesthetics and ongoing learning, the role of a Cosmetic Nurse Injector fit naturally. She then proudly launched her business Afterglow Injection Studio in 2023. Her love of learning and ‘Type A’ personality proves that she will go to great lengths to ensure her clients receive the best treatment outcome and help them reach their skin care goals.
